Meet FIFI

Every great pet shop has a story, and ours begins with a very special Great Dane named Phoenix — or, as he’s affectionately known, Fifi.

Phoenix has always been more than just a pet to us. He’s part of the family, and he’s a huge part of the reason FiFi’s PAWS came to life. Living with such a big, loving and wonderfully goofy dog has taught us something incredibly important: our pets aren’t just pets. They’re family. They have their own personalities, their own little quirks, and they deserve the very best we can give them.

It was that love for Phoenix, and for animals of all shapes and sizes, that inspired us to create FiFi’s Pet, Aquatic & Wildlife Supplies. We wanted to build a pet shop that felt different — somewhere that genuinely cares about the animals behind every purchase, whether they have four legs, fins, feathers, scales or a little shell.

Phoenix is still very much part of our journey. He’s our inspiration, our biggest personality, and the face behind the name. His presence is a constant reminder of why we started FiFi’s PAWS in the first place: to help people give their animals the happy, healthy and enriched lives they deserve.

From the smallest fish to the biggest dogs, from your garden wildlife to the reptiles and birds you share your home with, we believe every animal deserves to be treated as an individual — with love, care and understanding.

So when you shop with FiFi’s PAWS, you’re not just supporting a pet shop. You’re supporting a small business built from a genuine love of animals and inspired by one very special Great Dane.

Welcome to FiFi’s PAWS — a little piece of Phoenix’s big heart.
